Abstract Recently, There is a growing interest in transportation using electricity due to the problem of depletion of fossil fuel resources and environmental problems by means of transportation using internal combustion engine. As such means of transportation, the industry for various types of e-mobiles such as electric vehicles, e-bikes, segways and mini boards is growing rapidly. However, unlike EV(electric vehicle) charging stations, which have already been popularized, E-mobile charging systems, which are classified as small electric vehicles, are in short supply. For this reason, although a dedicated adapter is used to charge a small electric vehicle composed of batteries having various voltages, portability is difficult due to the large volume. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a new charging system that can realize a low charging current ripple with a very wide charging voltage range. The proposed charging system is a multi-level charging system that can share power by subdividing power sources to meet the charging requirements of various mobile devices. We also verify the validity of the proposed charging system simulation PSIM and prototype for experiments.
