Abstract |
In this paper, the filter design of the DC motor for a teachware-EV(Electric-Vehicle) was studied. In the case of small-sized DC motors used in the previous teachware-EV, teachware-robot, teachware-drone etc. The current ripple are very large due to brushes gap. Also, The current ripple have problems of causing brush-fretting, vibration, and electric noise. This research solves the problems. In addition, the characteristics of the four type filter were tested and simulated according to the ideal filter design for teachware-EV. Also, the feature and design of the proposed filter considerations is illustrated and verified through the experiment with a 600mW motor based experimental circuits. |
