Abstract EESS (Electrical Energy Storage System) means a system that controls various voltages / currents, uses the power system, and stores and makes available idle energy as needed. In the case of these EESS, it is recognized that the equipment is unfamiliar to current electrical safety managers. However, to date, the EESS industry has focused on design and efficiency aspects, emphasizing fire safety issues, but has not yet elaborated on operational / maintenance aspects. For most electrical fires, the electrical safety manager responsible for the electrical installation of the building is responsible, and while the electrical safety manager is responsible for the EESS fire accident, electrical safety to EESS There is no domestic or foreign standard that clearly states the items of administrator operation management and argument acceptance. It is necessary to provide as a guideline the requirements for argument acceptance, such as confirming whether the product was delivered according to the above quantity. Therefore, in this paper, we will deal with the contents of the requirements at the time of acquisition acceptance of the electrical safety manager of EESS.
