Abstract |
In this study, a 2kW class WPT(Wireless Power Transfer)-based AGV(Automated Guided Vehicle) system applied with low-power WPT technology is developed. The AGV system developed in this study consists of a transmitter for ground charger and a receiver for charging the battery of AGV. In addition, a HF(High-Frequency) transformer for WPT is designed and applied to a resonant DC-DC converter to determine the charging characteristics. AGV consists of a BLDC(Brushlees DC) motor for driving a magnetic test bench, an obstacle and magnetic detection sensor, a resonant converter, and a DSP(Digital Signal Processor) control unit. Finally, a test bench is conFigured to drive the AGV, and the input/output waveforms and charging efficiency of the AGV charging unit are examined at an effective transmission/reception distance of 10mm interval. |
