| Abstract |
The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors influencing profitability of pension business. For this purpose, the research method include questionnaire survey and multiple regression analysis. The results of this study are as follows : (1) the factors influencing profitability includes location, operation method, building type, distance, environment, theme in descending order (2) a regression equation to predict profitability is suggested. |
