  • * Who can complain or appeal?
Authors, reviewers, readers can raise various complaints regarding the journal including forgery, manufacturing plagiarism, redundant publication, dispute between authors, conflict of interest, agreement, prejudice and unfair competition, copyright, data theft, defamation, legal issue, etc. An individual or organization can send an e-mail to the TKPE homepage (http://journal.auric.kr/tkpe) to inform these complaints. Complaints and objections to all facts should be presented in accordance with 5W1H.
  • * How do you get a conclusion about appeal?
The conclusion varies depending on the type or extent of the violation. The conclusion of the solution follows the research ethics regulations.
There is a conflict of interest when the author, author's organizations, reviewers, or editors have conflicts in the publication of the paper due to financial or personal relationships. Conflicts of interest often arise from mutual promises, interests of competitiveness, or competition. In addition, conflicts can arise for interpersonal relationships, academic competition, intellectual enthusiasm as well as for other reasons. Financial relationships, such as employment, consulting, stock ownership, rewards, and paid testimonies from experts, are highly likely to induce conflicts and undermine journal credibility, authorship or science itself. Conflicts of interest can also arise in the research process. In the event of a conflict between authors, it is important that the author discloses the dispute to the manuscript. In this case, the editor, the critics, and the chief editor can access the manuscript after understanding the background of the research in which the conflict of interest arises.
When an author or a reader finds contents or errors that require correction, he or she may ask the editorial board to make correction. The board may amend or withdraw the contents with errors. When a reader who has an opinion on the paper published sends an opinion to the editor's e-mail, the opinion is transferred to the author, and the author can reply to the reader's opinion. The discussions in this process (editor's emails and author's answers) can be opened to the public.
TKPE will be published on the 20th of every even month (February, April, June, August, October, December).
TKPE is a free access journal so that anyone can view and download articles without any charge.
